一、出租人： (“甲方”)

二、承租人： (“乙方”)
tenant： (part b )
三、租赁范围及用途：
tenancy：
甲方同意将其所有的位于_________________________________________的房屋在良好及可租赁的状态下租给乙方为居住使用。

乙方应将出租房屋用作住宅用房。

四、租赁期：

五、租金：
